Chef Mario Ferraro pays homage yet again to his late beloved mother Marie with Vitalia, located at 2935K Veterans Road West in South Shore Commons Shopping Center.
“My mother’s love of cooking came from deep within her soul and that is a gift she had passed onto me.”, says Chef Mario.
It is for this reason that Mario has set out to debut another gourmet Italian eatery in her honor. At Vitalia, Chef Mario Ferraro mixes regional Italian fare with rustic flair.
